License and payment terms

Media Downloader is provided and sold by R3flex. Contact r3flexmlg@gmail.com for purchase, cancellation, refund, or product support. Stripe processes payment; the software and its support are supplied by R3flex.
Free and Premium access
The free extension includes five video downloads per browser profile per UTC day and unlimited photos. The allowance resets at 00:00 UTC. Premium removes the daily video allowance. It does not remove technical file-size, concurrency, source-access, or supported-format limits.
The Chrome Web Store edition excludes YouTube downloads and recording, including embedded YouTube players. Protected content is unsupported. Website changes and source restrictions can affect compatibility, available formats, and quality. Only download media you own or have permission to save. The software grants no rights to third-party content.
Prices and payment
Monthly Premium costs US$29 and automatically renews each month until canceled. Lifetime Premium costs US$59 once and lasts for the life of Media Downloader. Both plans provide the same Premium features. Check Stripe's displayed amount before paying; your bank may apply currency-conversion fees.
A private, temporary activation-check offer may provide lifetime Premium for US$0.60 once. It is available only through an eligible offer link before its expiry. The checkout form identifies the offer and charge explicitly. It creates no subscription. Verified purchases through that offer use normal Premium activation and restoration; the license continues after the offer closes.
Activation and restoration
A verified payment is required. Open Settings → Premium → Buy or restore Premium in the extension, complete checkout or restore your purchase on the website, and select Activate this browser. Test-mode purchases do not charge real money or activate release extensions. A checkout return URL alone does not prove payment.
Your license is for your personal use on your own computers. Save the recovery key privately and use it with your purchase email to restore access. Replacing a recovery key invalidates the old key. Do not share or resell license credentials. Temporary offline access is limited to six hours and, for monthly plans, the paid period.
Canceling monthly renewal
Cancel from your purchase page before the next billing date, or contact support for help. After cancellation, access continues through the paid period. Disconnecting, disabling, or uninstalling the extension does not cancel billing. Lifetime purchases do not renew.
Refund requests and support
For a refund request, email r3flexmlg@gmail.com with your purchase email, receipt reference, and the issue. Do not include card details or recovery keys. Requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable consumer rights. Refunds, including partial refunds, and payment disputes revoke the affected license. These terms do not exclude or limit statutory rights or remedies available to you.
Privacy and changes
Our privacy policy explains local media processing and purchase records. Service compatibility may change. Material changes to these terms or billing arrangements will be communicated as appropriate; the price and recurrence shown for your chosen purchase govern that purchase.
