A few useful details.
What is Media Downloader?
Media Downloader is a Chrome extension for saving videos and photos from supported websites, including Instagram, X and TikTok. Choose the media in the extension's panel and save it to your computer. The free plan includes five videos a day and unlimited photos; Premium removes the daily video limit.
How do I activate Premium?
Open the extension’s Settings → Buy or restore Premium. After checkout, choose Activate this browser on the website. Create your recovery key, then download it or copy it into your password manager. Use your purchase email and key to restore on another browser.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Monthly billing renews at US$29 until canceled. Cancel renewal from your purchase page; access continues through the paid period. Uninstalling does not cancel billing. For refund requests, contact r3flexmlg@gmail.com with your purchase email and receipt. Applicable statutory rights remain unchanged. Refunds and disputes revoke access.
What does lifetime access mean?
US$59 once, for the life of Media Downloader. Both plans include the same Premium features and can be restored on your own computers. Website compatibility and available quality can change.
What can I download for free?
Five videos per browser profile each day, resetting at 00:00 UTC, plus unlimited photos. Download content you own or have permission to save. Protected content is unsupported; available formats and quality depend on the source.
